Even if your not a "hardened" triathlete/cyclist ... and are a complete beginner ... you're still welcome to join the Pro-VO2 cycling/running/tri sessions ... we're a friendly lot! :-)

We are also starting Sunday sessions in the Park in the next two weeks which will be great for beginners to learn how to ride safely in a group, by building up the amount of riders in the group ... to the advanced athletes looking for some fast paceline bike laps and brick runs!!!

Join the Pro-VO2 ning Community as a FREE member to recieve training updates of when the sessions are on and then pop along to a couple for a free try out! :-)

Definitely interested in the outrides, unfortunately the Triathlons are not for me.

That's fine - we have a triathlon specific group for those keen - this is for social riders , the kind who may even stop for a lunch if we doa ride out to Windsor or if we head off on a sunny Sunday along the Thames banks to Hampton court -

and of course there will be tougher levels - we will define these , I am just trying to determine who wants what out of the fantastic Pedal Studio community we now have.

guys - if you do not know, outriders happen every weekend - Sat are out rides and Sunday are in the park.

so shout if you want more details :-)
