Redados Turbo Torture cycling class

rock turbo band with mad drummer who has too much energy so puts down the gauntlet to see how many cyclists they can break with their own punk rock music. will you last the night and make it out of the Pain Chamber in one piece???

In Association with South London Harriers REDADOS would like to invite your club
members to participate in a mass Turbo training event:

VENUE:
South London Harriers Club House, 194a Brighton Road, Coulsdon, CR5 2NF.

THE SESSION:
The Session starts at 8pm and will last for around 1 hour. The doors will be open from
7:15pm on the night.

The band taking the session are called Redados. www.REDADOS.co.uk There are
changing and shower facilities onsite and ample parking nearby.

The Band and Club also invite you to join us at the SLH bar afterwards for post workout
refreshment.

The event, and possible goody bags, are TOTALLY FREE to all participants. Obviously
there are costs and time involved in putting on any event. These costs have been borne by
our sponsors whom are listed below. Please check them out.
